With the easing of lockdown measures and reopening of many small businesses, owners have many concerns from how their businesses will survive under the new distancing requirements to the safety of their customers. Bolton Labour are conscious of these issues and want to support small business owners in Bolton and the wider area.

We are encouraging people to Shop Local on Saturday 29th August by making a point to use locally run small businesses. Will you sign up to say that you will be shopping local and supporting our local economy?

We understand that some people are still isolating and if you are in that position but want to support the campaign, you can. All you need to do is print the downloadable poster and put it up in your window, or you can get a picture of you holding it up on a phone or tablet screen, post it on social media and use the hashtag #ShopLocal, maybe even tag your favourite small business.

Please also make sure to follow all Government guidelines regarding physical distancing and wearing masks.
