Later this year, we welcome a new secondary school and a new primary school to our area.

Kings Academy will the new large secondary school off Freshfield Avenue, and is due for completion in 2021.

A new Great Lever Primary School, off Lever Edge Lane, is due to open this September.

Cllr Sue Haworth said “I hear regularly from parents seeking school places nearer to home, so I know we have many families who will welcome these great new facilities.”
