Bolton Council’s deputy leader, commenting on the appointment of Building Design Partnership (BDP) to lead the way in formulating a new masterplan for Farnworth town centre, said: “Farnworth is an absolute priority for us and we are really pleased to select BDP for this work.”
BDP have worked with Bolton Council previously to develop the billion pound masterplan for Bolton town centre.
Speaking to The Bolton News, Councillor Adia added: “They have a really strong track record in urban design and planning with a strong knowledge of commercial development. The aim of the new masterplan will be to unlock further development and identify the potential for future investment.”
