Great Lever Councillor, Madeline Murray, is committed to rebuilding the former Great Lever Community Centre on Bradford Road.
After a successful campaign, led by Madeline, Bolton Council approved a £600,000 for the historic Carnegie Library. Madeline said “we were all so devastated after a fire destroyed the library, but Labour is undeterred from delivering on its promise!”
There is now an opportunity for a purpose-built facility on the former library site for community and local groups in Great Lever.
