Labour has delivered over £100 million of funding to revitalise Bolton Town Centre. Our massive ‘housing led’ regeneration plans, which will help to protect our precious Green Belt, is already well on the way to attracting private sector investment which will amount to over £1 billion of funding.

The investment will bring new homes, new jobs and a new retail core to this major town centre. The funding package will be repaid using Manchester Airport Dividends, and so, will not burden taxpayers.

But Bolton Labour has not stopped there!

The council has announced a new funding package of over £16 million that will spent regenerating our local town centres, including Farnworth/Kearsley, Horwich, Little Lever and Westhoughton.
