Bolton Labour Council has allocated a fund of £1.2 million across the Borough, that will be spent on environmental improvements.

The allocation for Halliwell is over £89,000.

The Conservative Councillors have twice attempted to remove £39,000 of this budget, and instead spend it in Bromley Cross and Bradshaw.
