The Elderdale Centre is the home of many group activities for all ages, and the Withins Action Group, which is based there, is doing sterling work.

They recently converted a piece of unused land into a wonderful community garden and space for activity. There are also many services run from the Breightmet UCAN; which although technically in Bradshaw ward, provide help and support for Breightmet residents. We have some wonderful facilities for our young people at the Waggon Road Centre and the library is so much more than a place to borrow books!

Leverhulme Park and all its facilities are there for us and the wider population of Bolton as is the Wildlife Centre and SevenAcresPark. We will always work to improve and add to our facilities in Breightmet and you can be sure that your Labour Councillors will not allow monies to be diverted out of the Ward, however hard the Tories push for it!
